Chairman - Vicente S. Perez, Jr.

Mr. Perez served as Philippine Energy Secretary (2001-2005) and Vice Chairman of the National Renewable Energy Board (2009-2010). He has served as Partner and Head of Emerging Markets at Lazard Fréres Investment Bank (1987-1997). He was an investor of NorthWind Power, the first wind farm in Southeast Asia, and he is Chairman of Alternergy, a renewable energy company. Mr. Perez was Chairman of WWF-Philippines & Trustee of WWF-International. In 2005, he was an MBA lecturer on renewable energy at Yale University. Mr. Perez holds an MBA from Wharton Business School.

President - Gerry P. Magbanua

Mr. Magbanua, a Certified Public Accountant, is the VP and Chief Financial Officer of the renewable energy company, Alternergy. He was the Commercial Manager and Controller of InterGen Management Services in Asia (1998-2007) and also became the Chief Financial Officer of Northwind Power (2008-2009).

Sales and Marketing Manager - Marie Francheska L. Amatong

Ms. Amatong is the Executive Director of Asian Conservation Foundation. She is also associated with other environment-based organizations such as WWF Philippines (conservation and climate change) and the Philippine SIKAT Solar Challenge Foundation (renewable energy) and is currently a consultant to Alternergy Philippines, a renewable energy developer. Prior to her involvement in NGOs, Ms. Amatong, whose experience is in trading and treasury operations, was part of the management team that handled several foreign investment funds under the Next Century Partners group, a Philippine-based investment advisory company. In the early years of her career, she was a fixed income trader in both Peso and USD denominated debt securities and later on, traded in the Japanese Government Bond (JGBs) futures market as well.
